Carole La Pine, CPMSM, CPCS, is the credentialing department director for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan (a 4-hospital system). 

Carole has been in the medical staff services profession for more than 30 years.  She has worked in a university hospital setting, single hospital environment, independent physician association, physician-hospital organization and in a multi-facility health system. 

Carole has served in a number of leadership positions in the Michigan Association Medical Staff Services, including as president. She has served as a member and chair of the NAMSS certification commission, as was president of NAMSS in 2007. (She is currently the immediate past president.) Carole also has a master’s of science in health services administration.

Todd Morrison is the managing editor for the credentialing market and privileging at HCPro.  He oversees the Clinical Privilege White Papers and Benchmarking Reports, as well as other CRC online and print products.  

Todd has a master’s degree in journalism from Boston University, and was a newspaper reporter before coming to HCPro.  He also has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Oklahoma, and firmly believes that the Sooner football team will win the national championship this year.

Diane Hendrickson holds a BS degree in Business Administration and is the medical staff coordinator for St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, North Dakota. In addition to her work as a medical staff professional, she also participates on The Joint Commission readiness team.
